http://www.adobe.com/products/photoshop/photoshop/ has all the details on CS5, but there's some cool new stuff in there besides content-aware fill. I was a beta tester, and here are some of the features that I've found neat!
- The healing brush has a content-aware option, which works really, really well
- Great new refine edge panel
- Improved HDR tool with much better results
- HDR toning, which lets you use a single image to create an HDR-like image
- Lens correction filter
(which can determine the lens automatically from your exif data)
- New internals in ACR to give less noisy RAW conversions, as well as new noise-reduction options
- Puppet warp, which lets you make part of an image into a "puppet" and reposition it
- 64-bit on Mac and Windows, meaning it's faster and can handle bigger files
