Hi,

Just stumbled upon your website, and wanted to try out your basic course. However, I am unable to enter my CC expiration date, the fields are very narrow and do not allow any date to be entered. I tried to add an attachment, but got an error for that too: "Posts photo /tmp/stream20100413-13900-1qpd9l8-0 is not recognized by the 'identify' command."

Also, when I purchase a course, will this be available for immediate download?

Thanks,

- Koen.

Hi Koen,

Sorry to hear that you're having troubles.

Could you tell me a bit about the web browser and operating system you're using? (i.e. Internet Explorer 8 on Windows 7 or Safari 4 on Mac OS 10.5, etc)

And yes, when you purchase a course, you will be able to view it immediately.

Thanks!

Hi Brian,

I am now using IE6/WinXP. I will try it again at home tonight, using Safari on my Mac, hopefully that'll work better.

Ok, it worked with Safari.

One more question, is it possible to download the whole course at once, so I can print it out easily?

Thanks again.

Hi Koen,
Sorry for the problems you had in IE! We'll get that fixed ASAP. Obviously telling people to use Safari is _not_ an option!

We'll be enabling downloads for video courses very shortly. We've considered adding PDF downloads and will take your feedback into account. Right now, there's no way to. But if/when we add it, you'll of course be able to download any course you've already purchased.

Best,
Josh

When I try to purchase a course all I get is "The transaction was declined." I've used my credit card on a number of sites and never had a problem. Is it because I'm not in the USA (I'm South African)?

Thanks,
Sean

Mmm, looks like a charge went off on my credit card from you guys, but I can't access the course yet. Could you double check that as well.

Thanks,
Sean
